Young rising star Alberto Voerzio has achieved great success in his organic winery since 2006. Very low yields, long traditional fermentations with tight temperature control and two year ageing in 25% new French oak contribute to these award winning barolo’s. No commercial yeasts, enzymes or activators are added and only minimum amount of sulphur is used. The wines are bottled unfiltered. Alberto naturally farms 4 hectares in the historic cru area ‘La serra’ of La Morra .
