“sesto senso” (sixth sense) is an extremely pure wine made from extraordinary Bronner grapes. Bronner has been defined by several experts as the variety of the future for organic wine, thanks to its extraordinary natural ability to resist the most dangerous fungal diseases for grapes like powdery mildew and downy mildew. For this reason, it does not require treatments like other more common and better known varietals. The grapes are therefore uncontaminated keeping intact the original aromas and flavours of their region of origin.
The sesto senso is straw yellow in colour. Its delicate nose is redolent of golden apples, unripe fruit and lime blossom. On the palate it is crisp and balanced with a pleasant tang. Best paired with Fish, soups and starters.
