La Tunella's Marco and Massimo Zorzettig have produced craft beer what's not to love!? This is an artisan beer made with all ingredients from Friuli Venezia Giulia. From the barley that is used to make the malt to the water that comes from the Alps and the valleys of Natisone. The Gjulia beer are unpasteurised, unfiltered and high fermentation.
The light sediment present is the result of the natural and traditional bottle re-fermentation process. Complex and elegant taste, banana aftertaste, typical.

Perfect with spicy dishes, medium-aged and blue cheeses, soups and salami.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8-10 ° C.
