The prosecco is pale straw yellow coloured with greenish highlights. Its fizziness is bright and its perlage is delicate and persistent. Its fruit fragrance has exotic hints of pineapple and banana. Its flavour soft and creamy, slim-bodied and crunchy makes it ideal for a toast. It is very good as an aperitif but it can be served to begin refined dinners fish-based and it is good also at the end of the meal.
