Castello delle Paneretta Terrine is a red Tuscan wine made using a blend of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Canaiolo grapes. The grapes are hand picked, fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature of 25-27c in stainless steel for 10-12 days. The Terrine is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
The Terrine is a brilliant ruby red colour. Full bodied, warm and soft, with a delicate balance between acidity and tannic component. Castello delle Paneretta Terrine is great paired with poultry and game.
