2013 Domaine de la Graveirette Chateauneuf du Pape
The Domaine de la Graveirette Chateauneuf du pape is a blend of 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah and 5% Cinsault. All grapes are certified biodynamic from a slightly hilly vineyard with a pebbly soil mix of clay and sand. The Chateuaneuf du pape is naturally fermented in stainless steel for three to four weeks and then aged for 30 months in stainless steel.
A concentration of fruit on the nose. On the palate there is good balance with fruit with a slight touch of cocoa. It is a wine with a lot of volume, elegance and flavour. It also has an exceptional length. Best paired with game.
