The Vecchie Vigne is a blend of 70% malvasia istriana, 20% friulano and 10% ribolla gialla. It has received light skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 2000 litre Slavonian oak barrels for a year on lees, and then in steel for two more years and always on its yeasts.
