The 2016 Roncus Ribolla gialla has had light skin contact and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at 22 - 24° in stainless steel. Ageing has been made on lees for 8 months.
Made from 100% Ribolla gialla, a native aromatic grape from Friuli. It is a fresh wine with a good acidity, salty and low alcohol. Subtly aromatic.
