La Tunella's Marco and Massimo Zorzettig have produced craft beer what's not to love!? This is an artisan beer made with all ingredients from Friuli Venezia Giulia. From the barley that is used to make the malt to the water that comes from the Alps and the valleys of Natisone. The Gjulia beer are unpasteurised, unfiltered and high fermentation. The light sediment is the result of the natural and traditional bottle refermentation process. On the nose, caramelised notes meet the scents of the undergrowth. On the palate, toffee blends with a bitter aftertaste.
Good pairing with red and grilled meats, game and aged cheeses.
It is recommended to serve it in a large tulip glass, at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
