The 2014 Roncus Friulano is made with 100% friulano grapes from their biodynamic vineyard. Roncus friulano has received light skin contact. Alcoholic fermentation has been made with indigenous yeasts at 22 - 24° in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and then ageing on lees for 18 months.
