I tried this wine at a Sardinian dinner at Capriccio Leichhardt. It goes so well with Seafood. This is my new go to summer wine when I feel like something fresh.
We tried this wine as part of a matched wine degustation at Pilu (amazing food, perfect location), and were very taken with its length, depth and just a totally different style that is a wonderful match for food. Found the wine at Chent’annos – it’s even better than we remembered. Can’t recommend highly enough, especially for people in love with Italian wine, or those who want something different from the Australian ‘traditional’ whites… K&S, Cherrybrook
