Fattoria di Piazzano is a small family estate in the heart of Tuscany, and this Chianti is exactly what the region does best -- honest, food-friendly, and full of character.
Made from 85% Sangiovese with Canaiolo and Colorino, the grapes are fermented with natural yeasts in cement vats and aged for 6 months before bottling. The result is a wine with bright freshness, earthy depth, and flavours of fleshy plum, orange rind, and dusty, drying tannins.
Perfect with tomato-based pasta, grilled meats, and aged cheeses. A reliable dinner table wine that over-delivers for its price.
