Fattoria di Piazzano Chianti is made from a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Canaiolo and Colorino grapes. The blend is fermented with natural yeasts in cement vats and aged for 9 months before bottling. The Ventoso offers freshness and intensity with soft tannins. The Chianti is best paired with tomato based meat pasta sauce.
