Rosso...Se is a beautifully textural, character-full red wine made from 100% biodynamic Rossese grapes. From vines planted in the 1940s, grown at 600m.a.s.l, Rosso...Se Is treated to a long maceration with spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. Rosso...Se is aged in old barrels on fine lees, for ten months, and bottle aged for a further twelve months.

Selvadolce Rosso...se is light and elegant in body but a paradox in flavour. Rich, smooth, bursting with ripe red fruits and spices. An enveloping wine with fresh acidity and a long finish. Rosso...se is a versatile wine to pair with red meat, poultry, goat's cheese and rich sauces.
