Andrea Scovero Vino Bianco is made with 100% biodynamic Baratuciat grapes from 20 year old vines. The vines are planted in 'Ciapin' east facing towards the valley. Soils are high in clay, limestone and sand.  The grapes are destemmed and fermented for five days in amphora then aged in a mix of stainless steel, acacia barrel and amphora. A surprising wine, with resinous notes, a balsamic accent, a hint of peach and a finish with spices.
