La Tunella Noans is a dessert wine using the grape varieties Riesling, Traminer and Sauvignon. After harvesting the grapes are left to dry in cases for 80 days. The Traminer grapes develop 'Noble rot' while the Riesling and Sauvignon develop more pronounced concentrated flavours.
La Tunella Noans is an elegant complex sweet wine. On the nose intense bouquet of candied citrus and honey. On the palate the Noans is sweet, aromatic and fresh. Candied orange and lemon arise with a finish of syrupy apricots. A well balanced acidity closes the sweetness with a long, dry finish. La Tunella Noans is a special dessert wine to finish off any special meal. You could pair this wine with gorgonzola and acacia honey.
