The 6MURA Vermentino di Sardegna is produced with carefully selected grapes and harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The bunches are de-stemmed and gently pressed to then carry out a short maceration on skins followed by alcoholic fermentation, spontaneously, in stainless steel tanks. The Vermentino ages for 12 months in stainless steel on lees giving structure and body to the wine.
